I propose increased spending on personnel and advanced technology at entry and exit points in order to STOP and PREVENT:

• Human trafficking
• Illicit drug trafficking
• Illegal breaking and entering into the US by undocumented immigrants
• Terrorists and terrorist attacks on US soil
